If she has good ties to her country she can try apply for visitor visa and once in Canada she can live with you for 1 yr (she’ll need to extend her visitor status but that’s rarely a problem) and after you apply for sponsorship via the common law route. Or you go live with her for 1 year.

Really sad you don’t even know the actual rules. You can divorce her 2 times without having her to remarry with someone else. Only after 3rd divorce of the same wife she is not lawful to you and she must marry someone else before can marry back with you.
