Full Time & Part Time Jobs together

Hello Guys,

I am on valid Open Work Permit in Saskatchewan.

My question is can I work more than one jobs??

More than one job mean one full time job (40 hours/week) and other part time job (15 hours/week)..?

Is it legal?

How much is maximum hours allowed in Canada? Can we work more than 40 hours?

All this need to be done legally not on cash. Interested to file tax turns for both jobs to CRA.

Please advice.

You can work as many jobs or hours as you want.

Yes, it’s very legal.

Just keep in mind that no matter how many hours you work that if looking at immigration only 30 hours a week count towards the 1560/52 weeks full time work experience.

If a person is working on monthly basis. How immigrations counts weeks??

Not sure what your question is but full time would be greater than 30 hours anything less would be considered part time.

If an employ is working 120 hours on monthly payroll basis. Will it be considered full time or part time??
