Hi Dear. First time here and hope to get some helpful tips. Here is my sutuation"
I am a Canadian citizen since long, landed with family, been through some tough family issues in early 2000, long story short, got second marriage in 2006 back home (legal there). Tried every bit to normalize family relations here but fail and got divorce in 2016 from my wife here in Canada. Got three kids all grown up and independent. I am alone here, question is Canadian law does not recognize my second marriage, WHAT IS THE BEST ROUTE TO GET MY WIFE HERE. Helpful advise is highly appreciated. Jay

1. Live with her for at least one year and get evidence that you have and apply as 'common law'

OR

2. Get married in a ceremony that Canada will recognise.

Thanks dear, I been visiting regularly since 2006 rather more than that she lives with my parents in our family home, per all legal system she is my wife. Another marriage ceremony for Canada may rise questin as well. Your comment please

Just so I’ve got this straight, you were married to the second wife before you got divorced from the first wife?
If that’s the case, she won’t be recognized as your wife until you divorce her and get remarried.
If you’ve been living with her for 10+ years, just apply as common law.

I think he only visits her from time to time.
So only way is to get legally married (again?).

Spot on but problem is getting remarried is next to impossible because in every legal document she is my wife back home. Can't remarry if divorce her until she marry some where else... big mess

So divorce her and remarry her somewhere else.

Can this be a conjugal case

Really sad you don’t even know the actual rules. You can divorce her 2 times without having her to remarry with someone else. Only after 3rd divorce of the same wife she is not lawful to you and she must marry someone else before can marry back with you.

That make sense but Canadian high commission won't accept that divorce unless registered in NATIONAL DETABASE and they don't enter until all three are exhausted, hounstly that's what been told to me haven't confirmed yet. If you got any confirm in

If she has good ties to her country she can try apply for visitor visa and once in Canada she can live with you for 1 yr (she’ll need to extend her visitor status but that’s rarely a problem) and after you apply for sponsorship via the common law route.

Or you go live with her for 1 year.

Conjugal isn't an option. You'll need to go the common law route (or alternatively she will need to qualify for PR on her own through an economic immigration stream like express entry). To go the common law route, she can try applying for a TRV and if approved, come here and live here with you for a year. If the TRV is not approved, then you would need to live with her outside of Canada for a year.
