How come NDVO is working so slowly....are they under staffed again, it being December and all? Myrah, you think it makes sense to order notes again, or should I just wait it out now? Been IP since Oct 26th and got Meds update couple of weeks ago.

Hi Myrah! Congrats on getting IP. Just got back from India on the weekend...I was hoping my wife would get her visa while I was there but the only update we got last week was..."Medicals have been received" Hopefully we get lucky this week...so my wife can be with me before year end ;D ;D Cheers!

Hi Robin Pandey & TorontoSam, Just an update from yesterday.... After her medicals, my wife had received a Medical Report from the clinic..... it was a form called IMM1017. Someone else confrimed that this was the old requirement and subsquently (sine Feb) they moved to the electronic medical...

Yep same here! Yesterday I had an email from NDVO asking for proof of medical, so I emailed them a scanned copy of my wife's medical report. I wasn't sure where to email....so I replied to the same email thread and also emailed through case specific enquiry.

Hi RD.NewDelhi, It's been "In Process" since Oct 26, 2013. Prior to that it was "Application Received" There's been no other change since "In Process"

Nope. Abhi bhi, "In Process" chal raha hai. Lekin aaj GCMS notes say pata pada ki they have waived the interview, coulple are compatible etc.

Yeah I have copy of the file somewhere. I was wondering if it makes sensed to reply to the same thread or do another case specific enquiry and then send the attachment?
