I would say, don't tell them till your wife gets the visa, sometimes they hold the processing if sponsor is visiting out of Canada to the applicant, rest is all upto you, final decision would be yours. secondly, you have PPR and medical together, so it takes upto 90 days in some cases

They accept all the evidence you mentioned, but the main thing, is consummating the marriage, if someone shows them that its nikah only and not rukhsati, I saw many cases in interview que and process can go more than 2 years. They were used to accept Nikkah only cases but now they delay files...

Thanks to everybody again for good wishes. In my experience, I see many cases personally with passport request only get visa less than 10 days if they do not have any concern regarding fee. Some people still wait for them to ask for landing fee and then pay even CIC says that it can delay your...

I was doing it once in a month but if they don't answer then don't keep sending emails. Just wait for at least one month to send the next email

Good news to share My wife got her passport back with visa today. Passport was delivered at CHC last friday and they sent it back on this friday, it took TCS 2 days to deliver. I hope and pray, all applicants will get done with this process as soon as possible.

My wife's ecase has been changed to “Decision Made”, so its mean passport is on its way back in 2 to 3 days. Passport was delivered on June 14th and I guess visa was processed within 5 days.
