After you have submitted your EOI, you will have to wait for their reply if they are interested in your background. You better make a good essay about why you chose PEI among others so you will be chosen.

^ technically, applying for PNP takes longer than being drawn from the EE pool. So if you have high CRS points (say 460<), you have better chances. However, if you have low CRS points then you will have to try applying for PNP, otherwise you might wait forever to be drawn.

^ just send EOI to PEI, no need to explain. However, you need to amend your EE profile in that part where you will put the provinces you are interested living in. Make sure to have ticked PEI.
