unfortunately, none. Provinces have different requirements for nomination. Most of them doesn't care about your CRS points. OINP needs at least 400 CRS points to be qualified though. It is not open now until November this year. Job offer is not also compulsory in some provinces. Check it out.

NBPNP is a better choice for your NOC. This is one of their priority NOCs in that province. Give it a shot. It's open now.

^ I am waiting for the same thing too... I have a sister in AB and I am still waiting for nomination in SK. CRS point requirement is not dropping in the draws and I just had my birthday recently. CRS now less 5 points :( Sibling point addition is a big help for my point increase.... but when? :'(

^ try retaking IELTS. This one matters a lot. Unless you also have the same scores with your friend...

^criteria for OINP is at least 400 points CRS. So if you get these points with your credential then you're in. You better consult CRS calculator for your query.

wait for SINP, it will open soon without prior notice. Try also PEI PNP, NB, and NS PNPs all are open now. OINP will open by November. AB needs job offer to get in. So try the others :) good luck!

^ have you done any WES evaluation? You may not need it yet in SINP application but you can base your answer to that question with the WES results. Canada has a different equivalent when it comes to to education. So I suggest you get your credentials evaluated by WES first, anyway you will also...
