yes, she did declare her common law partner and their child, now they been told to submit the baby's passport too but not the common-law partner.

I don't think that TRV and family sponsorship (dependent child) has the same criteria... very different...

he was denied before because he does not meet the definition of a dependent son anymore during that time...

No, she did not lied about it...its just not updated. She waited for more than 5 yrs, her status just recently changed... Its UPDATED now but worried about the outcome... :(
