Hello.. my niece has been sponsored by her mom as dependent child, soon after she submitted her passport at the Canada immigration office, she was ask to fill out a forms about her own dependents for future sponsorship (child and her common law partner)... Can she really be approved for PR and sponsored her child and partner? Thank you.

She can't be approved for PR as a dependent if she has a common-law partner. She's no longer her mother's dependent if she's living with someone common law.

She cannot get PR, and she should not lie about being single, otherwise, she will have her PR revoked, and never be able to sponsor her partner + child forever.
No, she did not lied about it...its just not updated. She waited for more than 5 yrs, her status just recently changed... Its UPDATED now but worried about the outcome... 
Ok - it's good she didn't lie. But the bad news is that she is going to be removed from her mother's application as a dependent.
