    July draw predictions

I think it happened sometimes in the past, so we can speculate based on that. You may see some draws happened just within days not weeks

There would be a new pathway program, but no faster. Even if they want, I'm still doubting if they can.

Work experience hours Calculation for CEC

https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=675&top=29 The eligibility after just 11 months is more like a bug of the automatic system, idk. When a real person (officer) looks into that, they may question, and there is still 0.1% they won't accept. That all what I meant. Because if...

Work experience hours Calculation for CEC

I understood what you were saying. I mean that the officer still have a right to refuse even tho at the point they are working our application we have more than a year. The reason would be the lack of hours when creating express entry profile as the law requires to have enough 12 months, 52...

Work experience hours Calculation for CEC

But when proceeding the application, they will check the hours and days, so the officer has a very right to refuse as the applicant was ineligible when creating his or her profile. If they accept it, we know that by law they don't need to. Many doesn't mean all, I guess.

Work Experience Consideration for CEC Express Entry

Eventually they will base on your letter of employment to calculate your hours. I read somewhere in this forum, someone posted that ircc will be calculating all the way to your real hours when they work on your application (sorry I couldn't find that thread again, hopefully I can bump into it...

    CEC NOC Code confusion

Are you meaning the Primary Occupation? If so, I don't think it matters since you are aiming for CEC. Under CEC, all work experience gained in Canada can be combined anyway. Just make sure your employer(s) is willing to write or sign the letter of employment stating you have at least one year of...

    Police Clearance Certificate - Canada

https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/apply-permanent-residence/police-certificates.html "You don’t need to give us police certificates for any period of time before you were 18 years old or for time spent in Canada." So, seems like...

    Foreign work Experience for CEC

For your second question, I would do my medical exam as close to my submission day as possible since the medical report is just valid for one year. And I guess our reports are supposed to be still valid to cover IRCC processing time which could take months. So if you do it too soon, you may be...
