    How do you know where your CEC application is being processed?

    You can either call IRCC to ask or order GCMS Notes, but usually they would assign your app to specific visa office(s) after they finish R10 check (documents completeness check)

    When you applied for PR, they used the temporary UCI, afterward they will update to the permanent one (the one on your WP). I think at that point, we maybe able to create a tracker account. I couldn't create it either after AOR

    Is there any room to put that letter of explanation regarding POF? My personal document checklist didn't even provide any box for POF thing (Inland CEC). Did you add the letter under the optional docs section?
