Pretty simple, for example your submitted day is Jan 01 2024, so 10 years backward was Jan 01 2014. Your valid work period is the period falls under that timeframe.

Don't worry, after 5-month processing time is passed, they will start talking about 180 days service standard which is 6 months, then ask us to wait again. Well prepared for that to come.

1 year, 1 year 3 months, 2 years, or 2 years 11 months will get you the same points for foreign experience. But 3 years are a different story since you are getting more points.
