Sounds like additional document request. What is your status say? Is your application shortlisted for interview? Do MP interview for immediate response.

Does you notes indicate security c.15(1) and eligibility pass? Look at location of you paper file with last updated time and last location. That will give you better idea than what MP inquiry can provide you.

I would suggest first apply for notes which takes 30 days. Based on notes do relevant inquiry with MP office. A lot of MP office dont encourage multiple inquiry. As long as you are doing relevent inqury at MP office based on your notes you will be fine.

I think 4 years age diff is not issue. what is overview at bottom? There are many reason for interview. anything beyond normal. No of people at wedding. How you both look in the photo graph etc.

All the best RV25! unfortunately even MP office is power less. They can only do the enquiry. Persistently making enquiry makes the difference. But you lose 3-4 months doing this.

Also try other MP from same party. Let them know you are approaching her as your MP office is still setting up and their staff is not familar with the process.

I think after MP enquiry they suddenly remembered you out of blue and scheduled interview. Interview are schedule usually 1 or 1.5 months ahead. You will receive email/letter shortly.

I dont think so. 2014 applicant is very rare case. I have seen more in 2015 cases. Liberal govt want to show that they have improved the wait time. They are doing this by ignoring 2014 applicant giving bs reason of 17 months timeline. They are trying to bring down timeline only for 2015.

There is no excuse why 2015 application should be given preference over 2014 applicant when everything else is equal. Why is Feb 2015 applicant getting interview when Oct 2014 without interview and Aug 2014 with interview are still waiting in queue.
