    I am starting to get the feeling that IRCC is discriminating against CEC candidates whose names look like they belong to a certain religion. Its the same case with my application. Atleast they should be clear if they are.

    In my case, I got the GCMS a month after the webform. GCMS showed eligibility not started and was dated after the reply I got from CIC.

    I wouldnt trust the web form replies much. I got this same reply 2 months back but then I saw in my GCMS that eligibility hasnt even started yet.
