How do you know your app is recommend passed?

What if someone claims points for job offer after having completed 1 year on a closed work permit with a proper job offer letter, then submitted AOR and then a few weeks later quit the job? Does that affect the processing even though everything was valid at the time of AOR?

But technically the letter was valid at the time of AOR, its nto valid now since your are ,well, not working for them. So in a way, IRCC is forcing someone to stay at their current company if they claim job offer points.

I mean If someone did furnish such a letter, and dated just before the AOR, would they accept it? Even if they the same company had to let them go now because of unexpected circumstances?

If he can prove he had a valid job offer at the time of AOR, but doesnt have it currently anymore, would they still reject it? Since the processing time can sometimes even take a year, wouldnt that be forcing someone to stay at a job?

but isnt CRS locked at AOR? And only the minimum entry criteria needs to be met through the application? for CEC its just 1 year of experience.

Do you mean i shouldnt even count him when answering the number of children question? Does that work and is there any such instructions? I have been looking for a while now on this.

Its asking me number of children and then when I added him. Now, its asking for his details which includes national ID, which we dont have yet.
