All CEC applicants who have got their GCMS and see that their case is assigned to FS04049, please reply here. This will help us in determining if the officer is actually working and the chances of our applications moving forward anytime soon.
Mine was assigned to FS04049 in Edmonton with AOR in September 2019. Until last GCMS notes received in April 2020, no movement except criminality in progress and everything else not started. Based on recent web form it was moved to Ottawa.
As shown on GCMS notes received in April, yes, it was assigned to FS04049. But that was before it got transferred to Ottawa. So I think now it's assigned to someone in Ottawa (this is a guess and needs to be confirmed with new set of GCMS notes)

But got one update this week that adr of rcmp changed from reviewing to n/a since this update nothing happened before
