Yes, you can land with your PR card. And no, you won't be questioned.

In order to retain your PR, you must live in Canada for at least 2 years in a 5 year period. As far as I know, this rule is the same for all PRs, regardless of PNP.

The Canadian equivalency for your degree is what is listed under Canadian Equivalency Summary. So your qualification is equal to a four-year Bachelor's degree.

It depends on the province; some require a job offer, others don't. Read the first post in this thread; it explains the requirements for each province.

PNP or a job offer are your only options.
