    From what I know is you need to have your residency valid there. Otherwise you can't (so that in itself could be used as a reason why can't get it) .. also try to get a paper from the embassy that they wouldn't help you. Check CIC website / contact them...

    ITA through PNP anyone ?

    I don't think there is any. I know for Ontario at least, none would get it because they haven't adopted/integrated the Express Entry system yet. I know that because I hold a certificate from Ontario and they couldn't confirm my nomination (yet) for the purpose of Express Entry.

    I applied Oct 28th, package reached NS on the 30th. OPNP-international student with job offer. Seeing a lot of AORs are being given to applicants from previous months, hopefully out turn is soon.
