Yes, I think that's what I am going to do. I shall start my O-PNP process now, if things go well, and I get my nomination to apply for PR before November then I will continue with it. If not, then I will start on my CEC once I am eligible in November. Thanks guys.

Yes, I see your point. And I agree. My other question for processing time, the PNP says 17 months, does that include my employer getting the approval, me nominating myself, and the PR process? or just the PR process?
