I just tried to put the name of my secondary school certificate instead of the certificate number and it turned out that box was to small to write the whole " The certificate of general education secondary school" as it says on my secondary school certificate so it's hard to say...any opinions...

I think it actually could be right too! Maybe thats what they actually meant by "diploma and certificate issued"...i think this version would be more correct than mine and there's no need to mention your diploma series and number. But would be great if anybody else could confirm it too..Thanks

Hi. I think that you should put there a number and series for your diploma/certificate that you obtained. That's what I did but I'm not sure if it was right as I never sent it in yet. Could anybody confirm please or maybe any other opinions? Thanks

Thank you...this line was the one that confused me when I read the guide because I thought that the line "who are not already permanent residents or Canadian sitizen" was regarding only spouses or common-law partners, not dependent children and I still had to include all of them. But that's good...

Thank you! National ID card is basically a Ukrainian internal passport. Before it used to be a little book with pages, written all in Ukrainian language and from the 2016(I think?) they changed it to the plastic card that is bilingual and has bio metrical information on it such as fingerprints...

Thank you but that's what confused me...I just seen somewhere on the basic guide that photocopies that were already in English/French didn't need to be certified. Only those that were used for translations needed to be certified accordingly to Basic guide if I understood it correct...ohh this...
