So the form that you received in email, is that the CoPR ? Do they return this signed form back to you ? How do you get your CoPR with a telephone interview ?

Can anyone (who experienced) explain the process of telephone landing interview ? How does the whole process and getting CoPR works ?

for spousal sponsorship (specially inland) they do not just DENY your application. If there are any doubts or concerns, they will give you a chance to address their concerns, which is why a procedural fairness letter will be sent to the applicant...

No they won't give it to you the same day. Check the processing times on their website. Check with Indian embassy and see if they can help you (not sure if they do it).

March applicant, same situation as yours. I called the client support this morning and they confirmed there has been no change - bc still in process.
