Where does it say that? Also, with regards to your approval, Did it have an address on it as to where it came from? NY or LA?

Ah okay I see. I've seen other posts with a similar thing but the date for the passport request passed. I'm not sure what it means, but if they processed background check (and have a date for ppr) then it's safe to say you're on the right track.

If they. asked for it, yes it will be mandatory. The 2nd stage is for when the application is complete.
