I'm currently in Canada, so I was wondering if London have printed my COPR or if Ottawa/somewhere else has. I haven't had to send any additional info/docs. Just curious is all!

Does anyone know that if the PA is in Canada changes the COPR print location? I'm just wondering if they printed them within Canada for those waiting it out here or if they all come from London. Cheers :)

By saying you are willing to sponsor someone you are legally declaring that you (The Sponsor) can take care of the PA for 3 years. This means that you are legally bound to shelter, feed, clothe, and care for the PA. Yes, there is no financial minimum required, so CIC implemented this commitment...

Just a quick question. It looks like DM to COPR received is currently about 2-3 weeks, which is fine, I'll just be staring the postie down every day, but I'm just curious as to how long it takes to get the "We will contact you about the decision via mail" line on ECAS. Or does this not happen...

Read up on Duel-Intent entry. Its the same as a visitor visa but you inform CSBA that you are staying for the purpose of waiting out your application. I entered Canada under this for 6 months on Oct 3rd with no issues.

I think everything is good! You might want to put that my medicals expired on the 6th of November, but other than that we have had no contact from CIC. Thanks again for your advice and best wishes that you get DM soon
