    Help: Common-Law Partner's Ex-Wife

Try to cover your tracks and at least put the last mailing address you have from her (divorce order etc.) Don't leave spots blank if you don't have too :) Remember, you can always attach a note along with the papers stating that there is no contact and that is the last current address :) Edited...

In Process Application - Leave the Country?

I would probably gather all the information you have, papers you've received back from CIC...any permits etc and contact the POE or CBSA where you'll be going through and tell them the situation, it is Friday now and you won't get any CIC reps on the phone until Monday, and even then, I can't...

    FEBRUARY 2012 INLAND APPLICATIONS

I know Pearl, I feel for you, as well as my husband...like I said before he hasn't been home in a long time and misses his family so much. It surprises me, this whole immigration thing...the wait!! The wait to be with your loved ones, to see your loved ones, to work...to study, just to be able...

    medical examination

I believe you are just required to submit proof of medical, when you go get your medical done, keep all receipts, they are your proof. The doctor submits his part directly to immigration once all tests have been completed and the results are in. At least this is the way we did it when we applied...

    FEBRUARY 2012 INLAND APPLICATIONS

I am not sure what the new form is...we didn't have a lawyer, I did it all myself :-\ However, I did print the fillable forms offline, so I am going to assume they were the new ones, but I didn't validate them to get the bar codes. I am pretty positive you'll receive yours first Pearl, ours is...

    medical photos

We applied inland for my husband. He says he remembers signing them at the doctors office, the doctors receptionist or the doctor himself will tell you what to do. I would suggest asking them, they are designated by the gov't of Canada for this and should know exactly what to do... Also, it only...

    medical photos

The place where we went to get the photos for the medical exam had the specifications in a book behind her counter. My husbands doctor wanted 5 photos, so we had to get 6. Your doctor will tell you how many they want :)

    FEBRUARY 2012 INLAND APPLICATIONS

http://www.hrsdc.gc.ca/eng/workplaceskills/foreign_workers/index.shtml There is some information about Temporary Foreign workers... http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/work/employers/lmo-basics.asp ...and the basics about LMO's LMO's are job specific so the answer to that is no, you would have to...

    FEBRUARY 2012 INLAND APPLICATIONS

About the LMO...we're already looking into that, thanks!! What we need first though is a job offer from an employer willing to get the LMO, the LMO itself takes 6-8 weeks from what I'm told. Good luck :) Another thing you can do if that doesn't work, just to bide time is take a little hobby...
