Question for someone who might know...
I have to file for the first time married on my taxes...my husband has been living with me for the year of 2011 not working, however...he was here on an overstay :-\ (Long story) So in all actuality he was my somewhat dependent for the whole year however from everything I read a dependent has to be a resident, and he is not a resident.

What should I expect when I go in this year. He had no income, we are a 3 person family (I have a dependent child)

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated :)
