I highly doubt that they have encashed the DD as they send the DD back in case application is incomplete . I feel they will encash the DD after AOR. In any case i will go to bank branch to check , on phone they refused to tell me the status of DD.

Hi Abdulqayyum, PSK is like passport office , You should try to get PCC from passport office instead of local police . Local police can give PCC only for that city/State/province while Passport office can give you PCC for country .

You can see this conversion in settlement fund page , Initially we filled the Conversion ourself but during the appliaction review SINP officer will update that amount as per their criteria .

Hi Topsy , Yes if the application is rejected for being incomplete refund will be there , But rejection due to address not matching with PCC is not the case of incomplete application .
