If your acknowledgment date is today, I don’t think it’ll be processed AND delivered to you in less than 11 days before your flight on March 20, unfortunately. The minimum processing time is 5-6 weeks per the website.

Nope. It is currently processing at the Consulate General. Even if you call BLS, they are telling people (at least those in the Toronto jurisdiction) that the only original you submit via a postal application is your Indian passport for surrender.
