Not much. BLS states they can’t redirect the courier due to “security reasons”. You can try and call them and see if they will hold for pickup and refund you the courier fees but unlikely.

I guess you can. I’d wish BLS would be more transparent with processing times. People who applied in Oct-Dec last year were done in 4 weeks. I’d rather just have my cancelled passport and certificate back as well since I paid $250.4 for it.

My OCI has been “ready for collection” as of last Friday (Mar 12), and I paid for return via Purolator, but so far have not received anything. My surrender is still under process. BLS are inconsistent and not giving me any further info on tracking details.

If you’re applying only for OCI - you need one physical photo and one digital photo uploaded online. If you’re applying for surrender as well, you’d need one more physical photo. Good luck!
