Man I mentioned the date in the comment where you just replied :O There is no provision for declining an OINP NOI...we get 45 days to submit the application on OINP portal, if we do not submit by then, the NOI will automatically get cancelled

I'm arranging all the required documents, will wait till the second draw in February (expected to be 20th Feb) and if I don't get ITA by then, will submit OINP application. :)

Haven't heard yet IELTS band being a focus, not sure how really they choose :O

My NOC is 5122 (not in demand anywhere) and got NOI on 14th Jan with CRS 439

OINP NOI comes on your EE profile itself, then you've to submit your OINP application on their portal within 45 days. How can a Canada immigration consultant say they're not dealing with PNP :eek: You must have got the NOI if your profile was created on or before 14th Jan as they gave NOI to all...

oh my bad, yes I know in Pakistan PCCs are given city-specific. But once you submit the correct PCCs, you should get the ITA and PR, best of luck mate :)

Can't you get the PCC from nearest PSK, those do not have any date range mentioned, so essentially applicable from birth till date.

As long as the total experience is within last 10 years, this is a perfectly ok situation for EE and OINP, I don't know about other PNPs though.

If I am not mistaken, you cannot get the PCC from a Middle East country on visit visa anyway. And what you've done is correct as per IRCC regulations. If the case officer raises any query, that time you can explain or try to get a new PCC (if possible at all).

it was July 2018 mate! missed out on ITA on 19th Dec due to tie-breaker date, now let's see if the OINP NOI can bring some change in fortune!

does that mean for all other information regarding OINP like document checklist, application process etc also, we should refer to ontario.ca and ignore ontarioimmigration.ca completely? Was there any notification regarding this?
