Yes, you have to request them buut if the application was withdrawn before they started processing you should be ok :)

Thanks for the replies, we paid $1040, the processing fee along with the RPRF. Following research and advice, mirrored above, I feel a little better about the fact that corrspondance preceeds refund and not vice versa. Hopefully all is ok :)
