PCCs are only valid for a year, and your PCC is valid for two more months. You should get a new PCC for yourself and your wife (in case her PCC is also 10 months old).

You can get your Medical done in India. I am not sure about the PCC, in my opinion, you should do it in Canada once you are back. It takes two weeks for Central Canadian provinces and can be obtained in a day if you are located near Toronto or Vancouver.

Hi Bob I do not think you would get an invite with a score of 375, it is too low. The last few cutoffs have been around 460 or so. You get 0 points for your age, which is a huge issue here. It is better to try through PNP.
