No they do not send people from one province to another. But they do take hearings by video conference, where the judge could be from different provinces. So even if you move from one city to another it doesn’t help.

You are very lucky that your spouse get the TRV while you are a refugee here. Don’t take any chances man. Talk to an Immigration lawyer before taking any decision.

They give a date for hearing within 60 days ryt after you submit your refugee claim. But now a days almost 95% people’s hearing is getting postponed. Because of overload of the refugee claims and lack of judges. And once your hearing is postponed you will stuck for 18-24 months to get a new date.
