You can only apply for an omrah visa with RTD after getting the PR card. Without PR card you are not eligible to get an OMRAH visa. And you have to apply through an OMRAH agent ..

Don't worry Man.. it depends on case and the Judge. If judge have to many cases to handle then its gonna take some time. I know someone who have his decision after 8 months of his hearing.. and it was ACCEPTED. So don't worry... seat back and relax.
