Just quick question! My buddy is coming/landing soon under Express entry. He put Alberta as preferred province also mentioned on his landing paper. Can he land any other province Ontario/BC and provide local(Toronto/Vancouver) address for first PR Card(Mailing)? Or he have to land Alberta first...

I surrender my Indian passport in July 2019 without foreign passport at Calgary BLS. No issues Got surrender certificate within 5-7 days.

How did you get your PR? if IRCC accept you WES during immigration time then it will god to go.

Perfect,I just done finger prints(2-3 weeks) for name change, after I'll submit application for legal name change.(3-4 Months) Then I'll change my all id's( 2-3 weeks) and send proof of citizenship.(4-5 months) I think almost 6-8 months process.
