is that proof for after legal name change ? Applied in Canada?

In my case for citizenship(Calgary, AB) just took almost 7 months (which supposed to be up-to 12 months) but now no idea about Proof of Citizenship after name change.

FYI sometimes they do after test too, so depends case to case.

Called IRCC and said they currently processing applications that were received before the 30 November 2019 (this response came on the 27th February 2020).
