You have to declare the asset details during the application process. Once the application is submitted there is no option to change the asset details.

July applicants will probably start getting medicals from April-May 2014. You'll have to do a new medical, the medicals done for WP is not valid for PR.

It took about 6 weeks from the date of sending the application to the date of receiving the result. I sent a money order along with the application. Unlike Indian PCC, FBI clearances will arrive on time.

It took about 4 months for me to get the PCC. The consulate sent the verification request to local police in India and that delayed the process. My wife's PCC arrived in about a months time since no request was sent to police in India. Both of our passports (when we renewed) were issued outside...

I may be wrong, but I think while issuing a visa for PR landing process, they would cancel the other existing visas.

I agree with InfoSeeker12. Just to add, getting the FBI clearance is not that difficult. FBI sends the report to us in about 6-8 weeks time.
