For all practical purposes, a supervisa is just another form of trv, but with certain ceavats and other reliefs. As such, just like trv, the supervisa should be applied at the local office and not within Canada.

The UCI field is validated only if you try to enter something into it. I just tried a blank form and entered some invalid characters in the UCI field. It does give me a warning and does not allow me to proceed. But when I remove those characters, it allows me to proceed.

Can you ensure the UCI field is completly blank (that it does not contain any spaces) and then try to validate? If that does not work, as a last resort, you may have to download the form again and start afresh :(
