When I applied for my PR CEC EE application I was working for a company and had completed more than 2 years as required for my CEC app. Now i have left my job, should I update CIC and send them my record of employment so they have the end date of my job? Either way i have met the requirements...

You can work but you cant leave the border as your TRV is likely expired as well and u cant renew that without a new work visa, or make it a temporary non work visa

Its legal status, called implied status, which u can remain on as long as u get a answer on ur BOWP permit (either accepted or rejected). if accepted ur problems are over, if rejected ur implied status is over.

I dont think it means anything significant for sure other than there is movement in your file. My AOR is June 7th, my BG went from In Progress to Not Needed, that generally means you passed R10 check as confirmed with the receipt of my BOWP Hope it rains PPR on all of us soon

So you are saying your job was actually not NOC 1221, and u want to now submit a new letter for another NOC? or a new letter for the same NOC? if u can get a better letter might be worth a try atleast, although maybe include a letter of explanation saying if you are changing the duties etc on...

Relax, you have 3 months thats a long time and with that score you are guaranteed an ITA on next draw, also BOWP takes less than 1 month most cases to process, i got mine in 20 days

Today my BG check updated from In Progress to Not needed at this time

You can apply only if you have 4 or less months on your work permit, you still have time so wait and see till September/October

It should be fine, and schedule 4 is not compulsory its requested only if necessary

It will probably be a pretty quiet few months, jan Aor's are getting PPR now

I would suggest 1123 as well, 0124 is a much more senior NOC, and try to get the rules and duties re-phrased a bit so it reflects the wordings used by CIC on the NOC description
