not sure but you might have to get another PCC to cover the new dates, or move ur visa office to New Delhi VO after getting PPR , check with CIC

What misrepresentation are they saying exactly? i am a bit worried about that as well, since i got rejected on my first PR application for a separate reason but on my new application i selected a different NOC so my job duties were changed to reflect that NOC on my new job letter as recommended...

Yup, you can apply for BOWP if u have submitted a PR application and ur work permit is expiring within 4 months. You will need to submit your AOR in the BOWP application, its quite straightforward and i got my BOWP in 20-22 days after online application

BOWP doesnt require passport request, you submit ur documents online and they will mail you a new work permit document. Might as well apply and get it as soon as possible rather than wait till the last few days, unless u really want to save the work permit application fee

Nope, open work permit is fine, and BOWP is open permit too. I applied online with a post grad work permit which was open, received my BOWP in 20-21 days
