    @legalfalcon Need ur advise, My company lawyer in canada filed my ICT application and also open work permit for my wife and visitor visa for my 5yr old kids, is it the right approach? I see most of the applicants file sowp while they r alrdy in canada on WP. Could this be the reason for delay...

    Processing time for ICT work permit

    Background check has 2 stages, Criminality check and security check, no idea how long it can go, from few weeks to couple of years nobody can say. My application is in background check since NOV 2019.
