Hi diorlat, Thanks for helping me. Regarding the passeport validity the PPR emails says you need to make sure your passport is valid 12 months from date of PPR email. Might be visa office specific.

It is just standard procedure from Dakar. Dakar received mine on Dec 18, 2015 and nothing since. I ordered my notes and Dakar hasn't touched it since they received it.

That is Dakar's way of giving AOR. They change it to in process when they receive the file in Dakar.

I'm with Manulife and to qualify you need to be permanent resident. I'll assuming this also apply to Blue Cross thus you won't be cover until you get PR.
