I going paranoid. 2 people from July and 2 from August who took test/interview in Edmonton after me got the oath letter and I don't know why. Driving me crazy.

Being leapfrogged sucks. You start panicking and asking questions. I got DM 10 days before another applicant but he got his Oath letter before me.

My officer compared all dates in the passport with what was on the presence calculator sheet. If you don't have it in English or French he wont be able to read it.

I never understand why people do this; send tones of unnecessary documents. It confuses the officers, slows down the system (I think). If they ask for bio page just send that not the entire 32 pages. If they ask for list of employers no need to add affidavits from past manager or coworker or...

In Edmonton the interview is right after the test and it was 1rst come 1rst serve. So if it is the same process as Hamilton ill say schedule 4hrs off. They take 30-45 min to check ID and give instruction for the test and half of the people finish the test in less than 5 min.

If 1 person has red flag everyone is held up. If one person fails test everyone is held up. I red storirs where a spouse failled both exams and had to go before the judge. Thats everybody waiting up to 1 year.

This is the main reason why I always recommend every one over 18 filling separately. You dont get all stuck when there is redline with 1 person.
