I am in the same situation with you. As long as there are no travel restrictions in place for CoPR holders, I think there are no limitations left for IRCC to work on our files. They should finalize our applications within 2021. My file is reached to IRCC at the first week of January, 2019 and...

Good news! Thanks for informing as quickly. I found out the updated conditions on official website. If you’re outside Canada and your COPR and permanent resident visa are still valid We’re changing Canada’s travel restrictions. If you hold a valid (not expired) Confirmation of Permanent...

I see that you don’t have any source of official information that supports your not processing outlands within this year idea. I respect your thoughts, I only want to learn that whether those are based on some official source of information or your individual opinions. Now it is clear.

I respect your opinions. But I thought that I asked it very clearly. Can somebody show me a proof that IRCC won’t process any of outland files within this year? Btw if the concern is vaccination, they can let only the ones who has accepted valid vaccination certificates. Even in medical...

I can find you at least dozens of sources that already highlighted that IRCC prioritizes inland files because of current travel restrictions. But can somebody show me a proof that IRCC won’t process outland files within this year? Everybody can free to say their opinions but telling opinions...

I asked you one question. And seems that you have no official proof to show. Asking it again. Where did you get information that IRCC will not process outlands this year?

Quebec Skilled Worker Federal Stage (After CSQ)

Where did you get information that IRCC will not process outlands this year? There is no official information, no announcement, no news, nothing. Currently, there are travel restrictions in place. That’s why they process only inlands. Whenever this restrictions will be removed, there will be...

Does it really matter whether I am inland or outland after 815 days? I've applied years before many of present-day inlands set foot in Canada. Even somebody were from Mars, he would not have waited this long o_O

Getting AOR simply does not solve anything. I have AOR for 815 days. When people gets their AOR, they start to wait Pre-arrival letter, then they wait for medicals, DM, COPR, and so on. Even people wait 4 months for PR card. People think that everything will be over when they move forward to...

Today, I've reached to my 30th month in Federal. (77th month from the beginning) Still no medicals. Are there any news from outlands?

When I first applied to QSW, there was no EE program at all. Year of 2014.

I saw an outland guy who got his PR in 10 months. Family of 4 from India. So nothing is impossible with IRCC.

When processing time was around 16-17 months and when there was no COVID at all, AOR was given 3 months after application reaches to the IRCC office. FYI.

Seems that they try to clear late 2018 and early 2019 inland applicants before lifting up travel restrictions. Good news. I hope we see some file movements for outlands as well.

PR card delivery was total of 10 days ~ 2 years ago. Now it is 120 days. Nowhere in the world, printing a card takes 4 months. It is machine printing and sending via postal service. I think they try to slow down immigration process as much as they can in every possible phases.

There are many people who are from the end of 2018 and beginning of 2019 still waiting their Medical requests.

Due to vaccination tracker, more than %50 of Canadians has received at least one dose of COVID vaccination - %52.46 to be more specific as of today. https://covid19tracker.ca/vaccinationtracker.html It is going pretty fast and it seems that this rate is going to reach Trudeau's %75 expectation...
