I saw an outland guy who got his PR in 10 months. Family of 4 from India. So nothing is impossible with IRCC.

When processing time was around 16-17 months and when there was no COVID at all, AOR was given 3 months after application reaches to the IRCC office. FYI.

Seems that they try to clear late 2018 and early 2019 inland applicants before lifting up travel restrictions. Good news. I hope we see some file movements for outlands as well.

PR card delivery was total of 10 days ~ 2 years ago. Now it is 120 days. Nowhere in the world, printing a card takes 4 months. It is machine printing and sending via postal service. I think they try to slow down immigration process as much as they can in every possible phases.
