Today is my 1000th day in federal processing. People who sent their files 20 months after me are now getting their PRs. Seems that outland applicants from end of 2018 & beginning of 2019 are literally doomed.

I am also sure that only Quebec applicants will be affected by the new refugee crisis. They use every possible excuse to the full extent. 3+ years of waiting in federal processing (after getting CSQ) is like a gold medal in shame. It is a new level of inefficacy and failure for a government.

No, you can’t use your medical examination results till 2023. It is clearly stated in the official government announcement that is temporary and only till 28th December 2021. After that deadline, IRCC will continue to require medical examinations like as in current situation.
