Your timeline is normal. There are people from 2016 still waiting and many people from January, February. Only like 15-20% of all applicants get their PR in less than 6 months. Most will have to wait around 8 months.

It doesn't mean he should be getting PPR on that date, it means the officer will look at the file again in or before that date. If everything is ready then they might send the file for a final review or if that's the final review then he will get DM.

Do you have in your notes a pre-assessment and then the assessment of the elig officer? I'm asking this because in my notes it says - pre assessment stating the facts of our relationship and then it says that the file will be passed to another officer for eligibility.

Mine says this as well. I saw in another post that the officer who saw it first though the eligibility officer should look at the app carefully. In my opinion, I believe this is normal. We will have to see what other people have in their notes.
