Mine says this as well. I saw in another post that the officer who saw it first though the eligibility officer should look at the app carefully. In my opinion, I believe this is normal. We will have to see what other people have in their notes.

In the gcms notes thread I read that as well. That's why I am slightly freaking out

We are a Canadian/American couple. We sent wedding pictures and everything. I don't know why they would think we are a fake couple

Do you have in your notes a pre-assessment and then the assessment of the elig officer? I'm asking this because in my notes it says - pre assessment stating the facts of our relationship and then it says that the file will be passed to another officer for eligibility.

Maybe it's not about the relationship? But because of PA's admissibility issues? Admissibility still falls under eligibility.
I don't think she has any admissibility issues. I have talked to others on here with similar dui situations that have been approved. Her background check has not started yet either.

And there is nothing mentioned about the dismissed dui in the notes at all. Not even sure if it would be mentioned in the notes anyways

Not saying she won't be approved. Just saying because of the DUI they would have to review her eligibility once more. Doesn't make sense if you see a 'relationship looks genuine' and then your file gets transferred back to CPC-M and you get a 'Transfer reason: Eligibility'. Clearly this isn't about relationship. I could be wrong of course.

Who knows honestly. Other applicants have been sent back to Mississauga as well. Just waiting on them to get their notes so we can compare

Generally speaking, something that is dismissed is not grounds for a denial, correct?

Sorry for all the quotes. In the notes it also says this "residency information : no concerns based on cpc-m eligibility decision"
