You said you know people have been approved despite dismissed dui charges, right? Then let's hope that's the case. I personally don't know anyone with such case, to be honest, man.
Yep! But I guess no case is exactly the same. Like I've said before, we supplied a legal opinion letter from a Canadian immigration lawyer that states why she is admissible. It includes all the court dockets and everything. No convictions.
