As my understanding, after receive ITA everyone has to mention the foreign works experience if worked in 10 years, in order to complete background history, it will come automatically right, and it was in previous CEC system also , as I know. I am not 100% sure.

How about back home work history. Do I have to show back home payslips also or back home employer reference number is fine where it says, employer name corporation name along with how long I was working something like that.

I think you don't have updated news, since last year Gov. stopped provide LMO for low wages jobs. It has to be skilled job in order to get LMO/LMIA.
