Basicly they say it take 12 weeks plus 4 weeks advertisemnet , which means in total 4 months , some cases it takes 4 more weeks. In my own experiance 4-5 monhs , not more then that.

LMIA and LMO same thing, in 2013 or beginingn of 2014 who ever got job offer approved by service Canada it calls LMO. After June 2014 the name chage by LMIA in order to some changes . Tahts all about it. Do not get confused between LMIA and LMO.

You are making mistake , As I know your LMIA validity depend on your work permit validity date. So for exemple if your wp upto 2016 february , then your LMIA also valid upto february 2016. When will your WP expired .
