Welcome to the hood. Well its not standard refusal letter, but there are certain refusal point that they chose from. some ppl are refused for diff reasons. Ours was same-marriage was not genuine. BTW did u receive the appeal form?

How to file for ADR and how long it takes to get the date?

Well temple certificate is the certificate they give you when you get married, you take tat to court & register your marraige. So if you have a parchi. Get tat appostile & translated. Keep a copy of if as you would have to provide original to the court.
